I have heard some positive stories about this one, I haven't tried it myself so I can't comment really.

This system is like Linkmanager.com You pay a monthly fee and then you can use the software
to automate your linking tasks. The software generates the link pages and can also upload it to your server. Any link request from your
site will also be handled by Link Automate.

Link manager works good for some people, i have seen this so it would maybe be worth your money.
